FISHING ON THE CANIAPISCAU RIVER

This magrificient river has its source in the high lands of Nouveau-Quebec, around latitude 52 North and its waters flow about 300 miles to reach Ungava Bay.

The Club Chambeaux fishing camps are located on the banks af the Caniapiscau, near Its head waters, about 100 miles by air, northwest than the town of Wabush in Labrador, Canada.

In this area of the river, aquatic wildlife cames each year, around early June thru end's September for food and reproduction. The many rapids existing in the sector favour anglers who are seeking trophy fish.

The fishing's quality there is exceptional because of the variety, size and cambativeness of the prey. Moreover the surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful.
