We have noticed that within the last few years, more and more archers and muzle loader enthusiast are choosing to hunt caribou, probably because the rate of success is very high, especially when compared with any other big game animal.

The sheer abundance of caribou on our territories permits archers, even those with slightly less experience, to succeed in their hunts.

It is also possible, if you wish, to bring both your rifle and your bow and hunt with whatever you choose. Every year quite a few hunters harvest one caribou with their bow and the other with their riffle.

As well, many hunters also bring along a rifle with their archery equipment.
