The ptarmigan were present this year in large numbers. We noticed that the bear population is on a steady increase. This past season our hunters saw more black bear than usual. Many hunters who ends their hunt early and spent time fishing have greatly appreciate the variety and size of the fish caught.

Year after years the number of father and son (son from 12 to 45 years hold) and woman hunters increased and they’ve been raking some exceptional trophy bulls.

 

We welcome and encourage this change since we feel that a trip to the Northern Quebec is more than just another hunt, its an experience and an adventure in another land that should be shared among couples and family groups once in a lifetime.

No other animal roaming the surface of the earth can surpass this incredible migration. The Northern Quebec caribou is a natural end spectacular phenomenon, and whoever is touched by natural wonder, should at least see it once in his/her lifetime.
